This privacy policy describes how Peter Heesbeen Software Development processes personal data through this website. We collect as little as possible and use no tracking cookies.
Who we are

What data we process
Only the data you fill in the contact form yourself: name, email address, project type, and your message. In addition, technical data (IP address, user agent) is processed temporarily for abuse prevention and error diagnosis.
Why we process it
To respond to your message (performance of a (pre-)contractual relationship) and to keep the website available and secure (legitimate interest).
How long we keep it
Contact messages are retained as long as needed to handle your request, and afterwards for a maximum of 24 months for administrative follow-up. Technical logs are deleted within 90 days.
Application Insights
On the server side we use Azure Application Insights for error diagnosis and availability monitoring. No Application Insights JavaScript runs in your browser; we set no tracking cookies and use no third-party analytics services.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies. Only strictly necessary functional storage (such as your language or theme preference) is kept locally in your browser.
